Hi, I have been charged today for an entertainment pass that auto renewed at full price after an offer. I know I’ve been a bit of a spanner not turning it off but how do I go about getting a refund as I do not want the pass? I have tried to contact nowtv but there seems to be no way of contacting them right now

Go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst logged in on here and under the FAQ " i think i have been charged incorrectly - what should i do ? ".
There should be a request link form that you can complete and send back directly to NowTV.
