Overcharged

I took a look at my bank statement this month and saw that I was charged twice, one on May 5th and one on May 12th. For 6.99 and for 9.99 I don't understand? I only pay for the movies why am I being charged twice I have not once bought an entertainment pass because it's too expensive. I think I'll just cancel my subscription because the app isn't very good anyway - shuts down the films in watching saying 'something went wrong' numerous times, I just use Netflix because it's much more reliable. Has anyone else had the problem of being overcharged? I know my brother has an account too and he said he was charged 3 times this month.

@Anonymous User you can see your full payment history via View my Bills. £6.99 could either be a sports pass or an ents pass. Both are easy enough for someone in your house to purchase via the box if you haven't enabled the payment pin.
