I’ve just realised I’ve been paying a subscription for a long time, signed into My Now Tv (which I haven’t done for over a year now) and it’s not showing any active passes? It’s coming out of my bank account every month! Can’t find any help regarding this issue

Sounds to me that you are looking at a non active account and you may have created more than one account in the past.
To track down any further accounts, double check the login details on all your NowTV playback devices and see if there is any NowTV email correspondence from all your email addresses that you have for clues.
If going around in circles or looking to seek a refund, then live chat will be you best option.

Looks like NowTV are encountering technical difficulties when customers are accessing their live chat service.
Maybe try them later on or drop them a message from the same link i posted previously.
If you wish you could also fill in and complete a request form under My Account > Passes & Vouchers, where under the FAQ on the right hand side of the screen there is a section on " i think i have been charged incorrectly".
