keep saying need pass

I had delivery of a on 11/3/2019 now stick and purchased a 2 month contract with it and set up with Nowtv.com/tv,  but now it keeps tell me I need a pass so it will not let me watch anything

Hi @Logix 

 

When you go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst signed in on here with the account details that you used when setting up the new stick, does it show at the top the page "Voucher waiting for you" ?

 

If so, click on the green link below it and when you are ready redeem and start the voucher pass.

Thankyou that worked was at stage to pull hair out not a wise thing as I do not have much left

Glad you got it sorted 👍.

 

Just remember if you don't want to continue with the nowtv pass after the voucher finishes.

 

That you cancel the pass before the next due payment date on your account.
