I've bought a new Now TV stick and have a 2 month entertainment pass. Which I have added successfully. However, choosing a programme all I get is a black screen, no error message or anything else, just a whole lot of nothing! All the functions work so I can fast forward, rewind and pause, but no picture. There is nothing in the 'Help' menu which covers this problem so is there anyone else who has had this problem? Or does anyone know how to fix it? Many thanks.

Does the other Apps on the stick work such has Youtube, BBC iPlayer etc ?
See if any of these trouble shooting steps help in the link below.
Also try the stick on a different HDMI port on your TV and if using the stick off your TV usb port for power, see if the supplied power adapter makes any difference.

If no joy, have you got another TV in the house just to test & see if the stick plays your nowtv passes.

Hi thanks for your feedback.
I can play YouTube fine but not bbc or any other thing, Netflix or now tv.
I have factory reset and set it up again, I have also tried another html port, another tv and also it’s being powered by mains.
Any ideas? 🙂

This is a bit of a weird one what you seem to be encountering
Have you tried step 6 on the link guide by going into the secret hidden menu using the remote controller and force a software update even if it shows the same version number ?
I have run out of ideas to be honest, see if live chat can assist & help you further.
