Now tv stick set up

I’m trying to register my device with the now tv stick I’ve never used before. I’ve put in the code on my phone and going through the questions but when I get to the payment it keeps saying error, any ideas why? I’ve tried a few different codes and refreshed the page loads.

Reading all the various posts on the forum today, it looks like nowtv had a technical issue for customers buying passes or adding their payment card details on their system.

Perhaps try again and maybe use a different internet browser on your phone.
