A flashing light on the NowTV box, could mean a number of things.
These are three possible reasons, but there may be other reasons as well.
1. Can't connect over WiFi.
2. HDMI handshake problem.
3. Undertaken a firmware update.
Couple of things you could try, such has a reboot on your box and Router, try a different HDMI cable and port on your television, test the box on another television in your home.
Last resort factory reset the box, if its a NowTV Smart box, then hold in the small reset button underneath the box for about 20 seconds.
