Changing device

I am an existing customer with a Now TV smart box. I have had the box for some time and it is on the way out. I therefore want to change it to a Now TV stick. If I do so how will this affect my membership and what do I need to do to affect the change?

When you setup the new stick or streaming box just use your existing NOW account login details and your TV Membership will carry over to the new devices.

Unless you are in the Republic of Ireland then the NOW Stick has been discontinued (unless you can find stock somewhere in the UK).

Otherwise look at either a Roku or Amazon Fire Stick.

I am assuming the existing NOW box is not the Freeview version (NOW TV blue logo on the top casing with a TV aerial plugged in the back), if it is then you need to find an alternative method to get TV terrestrial channels over the air.
