What device are you using, is it a nowtv smart box ?
Perhaps this guide linked below may point you in the right direction ?

If that fails i would try rebooting your nowtv smart box by switching the power off / on again.
Last resort i would try a hard factory reset on the box by going into it's menu settings ( just be aware if you hard factory reset your box you will have to re enter your wifi network password, nowtv username / password again).
Also make sure you have an operational nowtv remote controller (the Roku remote controller app will not work for setting up a nowtv box from a hard factory reset).
