Me too. It's ridiculous.
@ianmck01 Make sure you're logged in with the NOW TV account that has your broadband billing set up on it, to check you are logged into the right account go to your My Account > My Package page and it should give details of your broadband.
If you are then the Broadband Buddy settings should be available on your My Account > Parental Controls page
If it's not then try giving the broadband team a call and see if they can look into it for you.
