Bundle Conformation email ?

Hi, I ordered my Fibre Bundle online and was told an email confirming my order would be sent within 20 minutes. I have recieved nothing that tells me my order is active online or by email. I have set up my direct debit plus my Set up fee of £30 has been taken from my account.

 

As no one has contacted me a asked the chat help and they told me the could not find my order...................... any help please??????????????

Have you checked your My Account > Track my order page to see if there is reference to your order there

Although it's possible it may take a while to appear there. If you don't receive anything in the next 24 hours, or you want to chase it up sooner, you should find the telephone number of the Combo Team on your My Account > My Package page

Yes have looked and nothing is there. It says I have no orders.

It may just be taking a while to process and appear there. Best thing to do if you haven't heard or see anything tomorrow (or you want to check right away, which is understandable) is to give the Combo Team a ring. Have a look on your My Account > My Package page

and you should see the number listed there.

I unfortunatley have nothing on the my package page either. I'm starting to worry now.

In that case, make sure you're signed into your account on this website first, then click on the following contactpage

At the bottom it might give you the telephone number to call, but if it doesn't click the start live chat button and live chat should be able to help you if you explain the problem.
