My box will not go past the lease try again page were it says sorry Unknown error occurred please rerenter your username and password now I have been doing this for 8weeks every day 15hrs a day tried everything reset, new account everything I have tried but I see you didn't forget to collect direct debit but I removed my card why should I pay 4 something that I can't watch I should have gone with sky like the last 12years we been with them I think I will go back I have had no TVs since 19 Dec and u want money the ###### cheek

Which make and model of Now TV playback device do you actually have?
How is your Now TV playback device connected to the internet. Is it via a wired or wireless (WiFi) ethernet connection?

Do other ISP services, such as BBC iPlayer function on your device?
