No voucher code in box, can't log in to account because it says process incomplete. When clicking to complete the process it takes me to page explaining the products. Also the contact page that the help guide explains doesn't have an email button. This is all done on mobile phone so I'm hoping the mobile site is just bad. Any help with actually using my account would be lovely
