constant spinning connection icon

constantly getting a spinning icon in the last few days, its def not a connection problem as amazon and netflix are fine, its the usual rubbish now tv service, get it fixed, we are paying for this rubbish!!!

I have to do this occasionally if i see no thumbnails and spinning icons. I came across it in the community answers, and it works for me.   

 

On your NOW TV remote:

  1. Quickly press Home button x 5, Fast Forward x 3 then Rewind x 2 in this order. This brings up secret screen.
  2. Select Update Software then press OK.
