I have just started getting the same thing, very annoying, the only thing I can think of is that it coincided with me selling my old white NowTV box to someone and buying a newer black one.
Wondered if the username could be hardcoded into the firmware so that both boxes are pointing My TV continue watching information to the same area...

@Anonymous User It's a bit more complicated I'm afraid.
Changing the password would work eventually but the boxes don't check for changed passwords all the time, and in the meantime the new owner will be able to continue watching. Removing the device from your device list doesn't help as the next time they try to watch it will add it back onto the list.
The best way is to try and force everyone to sign back into the account. The following page will tell you how to do this
but this way only works if you have a security question set up on your account (depends when your account was created, so yours might not).
If it doesn't, then you're a bit stuck. You could try removing the box from your device list and then filling in all the empty slots with devices you own so that the new owner can't add their box again. Depending how many empty slots you have you could try adding the NOW TV app to phones, tablets, computers etc and watching on those to fill up the slots. If you hit your device limit doing this then pop onto live chat and they can help get you sorted.

@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. Account details aren't stored on firmware but if you didn't factory reset the box (or at least sign out of the NOW TV app) before selling then it may be possible for the buyer to watch the NOW TV app on your account.
Check your My Account > Devices page on the website
https://account.nowtv.com/device-management
to see if the white box is still on your device list, and if it is when it was last accessed.

Oh yes this looks like it, there are two devices in my list both accessed within the last day or so. I forgot to reset the box or sign-out before selling on, so if I remove the other device how can I stop them reconnecting when they next turn on the box? I have reset my password, will that do it?
