Hello. I keep getting the message “ home is unavailable at the moment, try again later”. That has been the case for 7 days now! I have tried turning the power off then on, I have re tuned, I have turned my internet off then on, still the same message. I would like to talk to someone on the phone about what to do...... but no chance. Please advise.

Have a read of this linked thread below, where it sounds like you are effected like a number of forum members who have posted in the thread since a new NowTV software rollout.
Pages 4 & 5 seem to have found a work around to the problem.
