@Anonymous User @Anonymous User @Anonymous User are you using a roku box or a now box? If you are using a Roku box could be useful info for the tech teams which can be flagged to @Anonymous User who put on the forum update.

It is all now tv boxes as far as I am aware. I would guess that there is some invalid JSON or XML being sent to the home page causing an exception.
