New account

I have a 2nd hand black box. I've set up my own account and it shows active pass but it won't let me watch. What am I doing wrong?

Welcome to the forum. Have you connected the box to your wifi/broadband network? If so press the NOW TV button on your remote to open the NOW TV app, then from the menu go to the My Account screen. There should be an option here to sign into your NOW TV account, which should then let you watch your pass.
