I first installed the now TV stick on my tv over a month ago and the Netflix app worked fine. For the last week it loads but then it freezes when I try to scroll through, it then kicks me out after about 15 seconds back to the now home page. I have checked for updates but says it's up to date I have uninstalled and reinstalled Netflix app but still not working

A couple of nowtv stick owners have mentioned this.
Can only suggest the basic stuff, where maybe try steps 1, 2 and 6 on this help guide.

When following step 6 in the above trouble shooting guide, update the software even if on the same version number.

I don't use a nowtv stick in my setup, only the nowtv smart boxes and Netflix works fine for me.
A few people have mentioned this both on the forum and over on NowTV Twitter page, so it maybe a bug with the Netflix App on the nowtv stick.
Unless a NowTV Forum Team member can assist or help on here, if not then perhaps drop nowtv an email (where you will see a message button on my previous link) where somebody from the Tech Team will get back to you.

Yeah maybe use Netflix on your smart TV until NowTV sorts it out.
Send them the email though so they are aware of the issue with Netflix on your stick.
