Netflix app on Now TV stick

I first installed the now TV stick on my tv over a month ago and the Netflix app worked fine. For the last week it loads but then it freezes when I try to scroll through, it then kicks me out after about 15 seconds back to the now home page. I have checked for updates but says it's up to date I have uninstalled and reinstalled Netflix app but still not working

A couple of nowtv stick owners have mentioned this.

Can only suggest the basic stuff, where maybe try steps 1, 2 and 6 on this help guide.

When following step 6 in the above trouble shooting guide, update the software even if on the same version number.

Thanks but have tried these steps, the stick itself is working fine though,
it is purely an issue with Netflix app, it loads just fine but it's as if
it freezes then kicks me out. No problems watching now TV
I tried live chat and they could offer no assistance

I don't use a nowtv stick in my setup, only the nowtv smart boxes and Netflix works fine for me.

A few people have mentioned this both on the forum and over on NowTV Twitter page, so it maybe a bug with the Netflix App on the nowtv stick.

Unless a NowTV Forum Team member can assist or help on here, if not then perhaps drop nowtv an email (where you will see a message button on my previous link) where somebody from the Tech Team will get back to you.

Thank you will try that. I have the Netflix app on my smart TV and it works
fine so clearly an issue with how it's talking to the stick on my other tv

Yeah maybe use Netflix on your smart TV until NowTV sorts it out.

Send them the email though so they are aware of the issue with Netflix on your stick.

Yep will do sadly smart TV is in my living room got the stick so could
watch in my bedroom. But I can still watch nowtv upstairs so not a total
loss til I get it sorted

I am having the same issue. Can’t update the app or stick. Any response from now?
