Also have blank guide. Tried power reset and also factory reset. Now have screen saying Unable to load UK config.

Same here. TV stick in the living room as well as Roku in the bedroom. Rebooted and restarted but still no My TV section so have to take the search route to locate what I was watching. They've clearly ###### up an update somewhere.
