Parental controls for apps

I am cancelling my Now TV subscription because of the following reason:

 

On the Netflix box, you need a PIN to open an app. This prevents children from watching inappropriate content. This is not the case with the Now TV stick. Anyone with access to the remote can open an app (youtube, channel 4 etc) and watch content on these apps.

I wanted to check this on a Netflix box, but I can’t find one.

 

Can you please point me to where one can be found, so I can check this out for you?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Sorry, I wasn't clear.

We have an Amazon Prime box and a Netflix app through the amazon box.

 

On the Amazon Prime box, you have to enter your parental pin everytime you open an app (youtube, netflix, channel 4 etc).

 

Similarly when you go into the Netflix app, there is an excellent parental pin control that stops them from watching something age inappropriate.
