Now TV Stick. Something went wrong

Last night our stick stopped working and said something went wrong. Tried re set. Unplugged overnight. Still not working this morning. I have another stick so tried that same message. I also have a box so put that in and it’s working fine. Anyone got any ideas what I can do to fix the stick? Thanks

See if anything in this linked trouble shooting guide makes any difference.

 

If last resort you have got to factory reset the stick (step 2) hold in the reset button for about 10 to 15 seconds rather than the shorter time suggested by NowTV on their article.

 

Start with the stick in the room in our home that has the better wifi signal reception (would have thought it would the room closet to your Router).
