just bought a new stick as my old one was playing up, setting it up was ok, when I added the code it came up with, can't add the code to your account!! like to know why when I just paid £15 for a new stick with 1 month entertainment.
no helpline to ring, no live chat, have I been robbed?

Have you tried a different internet browser when clicking on the green chat button on this link below.

Should the live chat button not work after trying a different internet browser, then send NowTV a message using the web form on the same link page above.
