My stick is not charging

Hi 

My stock is not charging in the TV or when just plugged in. If I get a new stick do I have to make a new account or can I use the one I have now

If you mean that your NOW stick is no longer powering up then you can use any of the array of devices supported by NOW TV with your existing account.

Don't buy a new NOW branded stick, they are no longer manufactured.

Your best shout is an Amazon fire stick or full blown Roku stick.

As @redchiz1 mentioned you just need a supported device (see link below) and all you do is log in with your current account.
