Hi all,
I recently signed up to 1 week trial and liked it. So I bought a stick which came with 1 month cinema, kids and 1 day sport.
The kids says November the sports says click to activate (waiting for hubby) but the cinema says tomorrow. My question is this. Did I loose the free month with the stick because I didnt wait for the trail to end from my mobile?
Doesn't seem right, and there are no customer services i can find immediately...

When you go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst logged in on here, click on the purple drop down arrow on your Cinema Pass to expand the on screen information.
Also when you go to My Account > Bills & Payments what does it show for your recent & next payment ?

Also next to your Cinema pass does it says something like your offer starts in one days time ?
