Bought a stick and lost channels

Hi I've just gone from using a box to a stick because the box was having issues. My problem is now with the stick I've lost all the free channels I had ie 1 2 ITV 4 etc is there a way to get them back .I can't seem to find a Freeview on my TV

Can I assume the box you had before was the Smart Box with aerial connection?

The NOW stick does not have this feature, so you are unable to plug in an aerial. 

To get your "Freeview" channels, you will have to use the respected apps such as; 

• iPlayer
• ITV Hub
• All 4
• My5
• UKTV Play
