I raised a complaint over 2 months ago for the "Sorry, NowTV is currently unavailable" issue, (still ongoing).
NowTV closed my complaint 40 days later, saying it was resolved, then when i contacted them to enquire why as the issue was still present i was told another complaint was opened?
I've heard nothing from them throughout this period even from the executive office there has been no response!
I have now found out that after 58 days of opening a complaint they have to issue a deadlock letter to take it to the ombudsman, am i just unfortunate or is this standard practice for nowTV to avoid the ombudsman?
