I posted a reply to you on this other thread linked below, where you flagged up an issue about seeing a green lines.

If you can't access the Factory reset option via the Stick menu, then with the stick and television switched on, hold in the small reset button on the stick for about 15 seconds until you see the "Lets Get Started" message .
With a factory reset you will have to setup the stick again from scratch (make sure you use your existing nowtv account details when prompted).
