My tv stick arrived broken so I’ve been unable to use can’t find a way to get a refund or replacement can anybody help

My stick worked at first but was very wobbly. I subscribed to few things but have had to stop payment as the stick will not stay in tv. Due to bad movement while stick is in, The connection has stopped. If Now want me to carry on subscription I need a new smart stick.

When I use the stick for traveling I always use a HDMI extension lead. I suggest you do the same.
