tv, phone broadband package, no tv box included

hi, i took out the tv, broadband and phone package,engineer came out today to install new line, all i have been sent is a router, there's no tv box, i don't have the app on my tv and i phone broadband department and they cant help, does anyone know how i go about getting the tv box sent to me, i've just got a nowtv stick to use as my tv cut off from virgin.

i am meant to get a free pass as part of package too.

 

i couldn't see an option for this on help centre.

I have just signed up myself too.  Was redirected from comparethemarket unfortunately even though I have got the entertainment pass Inc for a reduced charge whilst taking broadband and calls it does not include a TV box or device.

They sell the stick on the official site but look at Argos or Curry's as they have the box £24.99 Inc some free passes for films and sport too.

 

I have just left sky and joined nowtv I will miss some of the sky q features but it was double the price.
