Can we have either a timescale to when this issue is going to be fixed or a reason why the faulty upgrade cannot be rolled back?
The responses so far are far from satisfactory.

I was told a week ago that the technical team would be in contact with me directly in 24-48 hours....
I'm still waiting.....
Why have they not been in contact?
I can only assume that you are ignoring your customers as you are quite happy to lose them.
