Alternative to lost DC in cable

We lost our DC IN cable when we moved and contacted Now TV who said they can't replace it (despite us being with them less than 1yr) but they can be bought from amazon/Argos etc. I asked what the specific cable is called and was told it's just a DC in cable. So I went in Amazon and ordered this cable and it doesn't fit!!! It's too big. It's so frustrating! Has anyone else bought a DC in cable that fits and if so, where from?

I would have said the Sky Accessories Shop from the link below, but they haven't had stock of the mains power adapter for the nowtv smart box in the last few weeks

You could look if there is any listings on Ebay, but make sure that it's a genuine nowtv smart box power supply adapter model 4500SK~UK and not the standard nowtv black box.
