New user:

I make my first account, on nowtv.com, yesterday (24.11.2017)

 

Still I receive this massage, when I go to ( My Account : Account details )

 

red warning notice:

 

“Oops – something went wrong

Please wait a moment and try again.”

 

On the smart box the massage is similar

Welcome to the forum. One reason you get that message is if you've logged in with the wrong username or the account isn't fully set up for NOW TV. 

 

Check cks your browser isn't logging you into an old Sky ID automatically by mistake.

 

If you are sure you're logging in with the correct username, did you fully setup the account with your payment details etc? If not, try going to http://www.nowtv.com/promo/activate and clicking complete your setup.
