continual loading

Hi, My TV continually loads and I get to watch about 30 seconds of a programme before it shows the loading circle centre of screen. Its infuriating. It was fine a few weeks ago and now its all the time. Every programme and I can't watch anything. HELP!!!! I'M GOING CRAZY, my 3 year old can't watch any of his favourite programmes.

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

If you haven't done-so already I suggest you re-boot your router (and ethernet switches), as it often helps resolve de-synchronising (data packet) errors, clears RAM build-up errors and even static build-up that can cause 'switching' errors!

 

The standard practice is to disconnect each devices power for around 30 seconds before reconnecting.

I've just got one of those black boxes. I've unplugged it and plugged it
back in a billion times with no success 😞

You need to try rebooting your router @Anonymous User, not your 'black' NOW TV box 😉
