Have just brought a black box already have a account reset it but still keep getting please try again a error has occurred

Can you please let us know if this error occurs when you are trying to sign in to your NOW TV Box or when you try to play content? 

 

Are you able to sign in on a PC/Laptop and play content? 

 

Please try performing a software update and let us know how you get on.
