Can anyone help. I have been without TV, boraodbabd and phone service for 3 days now and all NowTV can tell me is they are looking into it. It’s an outage they are aware of. I know they are at the mercy of BT but surely there should be updates going out to the customers and some kind of expected date or time for services to resume. 3 days with no services and no updates has left myself and the 2 kids very upset. Anyone else had this issue or longer outages?
