So, I have a NOWTV account that I occasionally get sports passes for and use no problem, but I figured I'd get a box and crack on with some TV. So now I have got a NOWTV box (black) and I tried logging in after the software update, met with the old 'Sorry an unknown error occured. Please reenter your username and password.' chestnut.
Tried making a new account - didn't work.
Tried resetting the box - didn't work.
Tried both accounts - didn't work.
Tried resetting the router - didn't work.
Retried both accounts - didn't work.
I have since successfully logged in to both accounts via the laptop. I am on Sky broadband, and I bought the box from Asda.
Any advice?

Can you give us your NOW TV Box serial numbers?
@Anonymous User - have you tried the same steps as @Anonymous User did? If not, please do and let us know what the outcome is.
