Sky Sports loads buy soon freezes and a blue circle appears! Tried switching everything off, leaving it for a while, then switching everything on again. This happens repeatedly. Help!

Are you using the NOW TV box and are you using wifi or Ethernet.
If using wifi, can you get away with an Ethernet cable or not ?
If wifi is the only option then perhaps try a different wifi channel on your Router and if your Router is dual band try both 2.4ghz and 5ghz.

Are you either a BT TV customer or TalkTalk customer and subscribe through either for NOW TV Sky Sports.
Or do you subscribe directly to NOW for your Sky Sports?

There is no telephone helpline number for TV customers and you will have to use the NOW live chat service by clicking on the green chat online button from this link page below.

I would have suggested trying using Google DNS on your TalkTalk Router has a temporary test to see if it overcomes the loading / buffering problem on the Youview box when watching NOW Sky Sports, but if you are not that technical see what NOW live chat suggests.

While not recording, nor about to, can you touch the On/Standby button on your YouView box for just over 8 seconds, and let it soft reboot? You won’t lose any settings or recordings, but this will clean out any cruft that the box has accumulated.
Also, can you go to fast.com in your browser, preferably on a portable device, such as a phone, held close to the router, and tell us what internet speed is reported?
