Sky sports pass on tv

I can not get my to to accept the free sky sports pass voucher code. Can anyone help?

Was this the free one day sports pass voucher code promotion that NowTV offered back on Thursday the 14th of July ?

 

If yes, you had to apply the voucher code on the same day for the pass to be valid.
