Poor quality streaming

Hi  I have just got a now tv box but I am having trouble setting it up I was told that I could use the cloud to conect up my box but just keeps coming up unable to conect and error code 003 have I been told wrong info and just wasted my money if any know how to conect please help thank you

Welcome to the forum.

 

As far as I'm aware, thecloud requires you to authenticate the connection to it using a web browser after you are connected. Whilst the NOW TV box will see the wifi hotspot, there isn't a facility for it then to authenticate the connection once it's made.

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

It'd be interesting to know where you bought the box and who informed you of this because as mentioned you'd need to be corrected directly to a router, open networks such as the cloud will not work with the box.

 

If you have an alternative connection I'd advise using that. We're also available on a number of different devices so you might have some luck with another device.
