No picture on TV?

I'm not sure which version I have but it shows up as a Roku 3 on my network.  Anyway on my main TV down stairs the box works fine, no problem.  On the TV in the bedroom though which is a fairly old Acoustic Solutions 32" tv I get the Now TV boot screen fine but once the box boots up fully nothing, no picture just blue screen.

I've only got 1 HDMI port on the TV, I've also looked though TV settings and can't find anything relating to this.

Anyone any ideas?

Hi @Anonymous User,

It sounds like your Roku box may have it's 'HDMI video output option' set too high for your old Acoustic Solutions television to handle. Try reducing it to 720p, instead of 1080p...

Hi @Anonymous User  I agree with @SeeMoreDigital   change to 720p.  I have my box hooked up to an old Bush TV and it works best on 720.
