New card details not registering

Hello is there anybody there?

 

62 year old technophobe in need of assistance from a human being!

 

Following the expiry of my Visa card, I have entered details of the new issue, but I am unable to rent films from the Sky Store.

 

What else do I need to do?

Hi Karl - sorry to be old fashioned but I really like talking to resolve issues. Suspect Mr Murdock doesn't have any actual employees and all his wealth and energy are devoted to satisfying his new much younger wife. Not to worry at least if I can't rent films I will not be adding to the Family fortune! Regards
