If you signed up for a free trial, then you signed up for a continuing paid-for month by month service, if you didn’t cancel during the 7 days.
Did you never wonder why they wanted your card details for a ‘free’ trial?
But if you talk to Live Chat, and they can see you haven’t used any of the month, they will likely refund you.
Remember - always read the small print, and TANSTAAFL.....
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
