Content will not play - even though it’s ‘fixed’

My Now TV Roku box will not play any content.

i have read the fault which was taking place today and tried every fix people have mentioned and still nothing - it lets me play 5-10 seconds if that and then returns me to the home page - how can I fix this?! 

Keeps saying to me - something isn’t right - and refers me to the help desk on the website.

Very infuriating

Sounds like your problem is different to everybody elses.

If nothing is playing with any of your nowtv passes, then see if switching off the power to your router for about 20 minutes makes any difference.

A bit of a long shot, but worth trying if you don't mind having no Internet for 20 minutes.
