BBC channels missing

Just turned the box on and zero BBC channels showing up. Anyone else?

I've had similar in the past and when I retuned then I lost even more channels, including obviously ones I can't watch live through iPlayer.

Obviously a bit of a faff, especially as iPlayer often on a bit of a delay.

Maybe a hard reset of the box before you retune?

Otherwise nothing for it, but to retune.

Or watch the channels on your TV, with a remote that actually has buttons.

Though you are probably going to tell me you are using it with a laptop........

Thanks! It was so bizarre that it was literally all the BBC channels I
wondered if it was perhaps others than just me.

I did try the reset and then gave up and retuned - did the trick and didn't
lose all my other channels this time thankfully.

Ha, I am on the TV but to watch on my TV's freeview have to switch out the
aerial so not the best option. Believe me, last time this happened I looked
at all the options...!

Glad you got it working.

If you have a strong enough aerial signal, you can get a Y Splitter, and run one aerial cable to the box, and one to the TV, where you have the luxury of channel numeric buttons.

NowTV could have sold a shedload of these FreeView boxes, if only it had come with a proper remote.
