Why does my now tv box not recognise username or password -both correct and case correct

Thanks for getting in touch, sorry to hear you've had issues trying to sign in. Can you try another browser for me please. Please also try to playout on a laptop first and then try again on your NOW TV box. The password reset can sometimes be tempremental so could you try one more change for me please.

I've tried resetting username but when asked for my email address I get a message that a sky email address cannot be accepted but it is the one I used to set up my account.

Hi, I'm having the same problem. I can log in on my iPad NowTV app but not on the now box attached to my TV.

getting message saying does not recognise my username or password.  I know I'm entering them correctly.

 

ive reset my password, same error.

 

can someone help me resolve this please?

I can sign into Now TV using my laptop, but my NOW TV Box is saying "Please try again. Sorry, we did not recognise either your user name or password" - I am using the correct user name and password. 

 

What can I do to fix this?

Can you please let us know if you are still experiencing this issue? If you are, can you please try resetting your router?

I am now having this same issue.

I know there were issues yesterday but the most recent update states that this has been resolved!

 

I cannot log on to Now TV on my TV. It keeps telling me that my log in details are incorrect but I am able to log on to the PC with the same details!

 

Help anyone?!!

I am having exactly the same problems.
iPad/iPhone working. Box is not. Tried resetting but no joy.
Thinking of returning box. Not fit for purpose. Can anybody assist?
