set box

I have just change my password online but my now box wont accept it, I have reset the box a few times still wont work, can anyone help...

Welcome to the forum. Hopefully you're already sorted by now, but if not make sure your password only contains letters and numbers, no special characters (change it again if it does contain special characters) and then do a hard reset of the box by following the steps here

You'll  need your wifi and new NOW TV details to set up the box again so make sure you have these to hand.

thanks I managed to get sorted by doing that... not sure what i was doing wrong...
