I can’t watch my nowtv on my EE box

All day I’ve been gettin the same message somethings not right give it a moment or check nowtv.com/status for updates plz can sum1 help really doin my head in now

Does the error message "Somethings not right" happens on all NowTV content you try to watch on your EE box ? 

 

Have you tried updating your EE box by following these instructions linked below.

 

 https://help.nowtv.com/article/Performing-an-update-EE-TV

 

If that doesn't work, perhaps try rebooting your Router.
