I'm having the same problem! I was already logged in and when I went to the menu I had been logged out. I reset my passwor online and still cant login.

Im having the same problem. Ive been away for a couple of days and now it wont let me log on. Ive also just changed my password and still not letting me log on. Can anyone help?

I can not login on my EE box or an Android app. Previously logged in but 'lost' the login. TYried resetting password to no avail.

Can you please let us know if you have been able to sign in on any other device?
Have you checked your card details and made sure your account is set up correctly? Have you also set both your payment and parental pins?
