I'd suggest going to that post and clicking Topic Options>Subscribe (you need to be signed in to do this) and then you should get an email when there is an update.
Hi I have this problem with my now tv box. It's been working fine for 6months but my box is now stuck with no output to the screen and just flashes the lights two flashes every couple of seconds. Factory reset and power off for 1hr bring the "let's get started" screen up then powers down and follows that loop. Have contacted chat twice but no help.

For anyone else reading this, I'd suggest not doing a factory reset, just wait until we get an update from NOW TV.
